Sunnyside Station Is A Community Connector
Coworking; You might have heard of it, especially if you’re on our website, but if you haven’t then here’s the lowdown. Coworking provides a professional support structure to a group that has been lacking a sense of community. The structure of work in our society is changing, and conventional spaces do not offer the connectivity and engagement within the community that coworking spaces can provide.
Sunnyside Station is first and foremost a community. A place to work side-by-side in a collaborative setting with other independent freelancers, remote workers, and small teams. Our space will be dedicated to creating a community resource. We want the neighbors to see us as a business hub, a collective of the best North Denver has to offer, and we want our members to have a place to work, collaborate and learn.

Why Sunnyside?

https://www.denvergov.org/maps/map/neighborhoods
Our coworking space will be located in the neighborhood of Sunnyside, a central location for all North Denver residents. The neighborhood is bounded by Union Pacific Railroad lines on the east, Interstate 70 on the north, Federal Boulevard on the West and 38th Avenue on the south.
We are actively looking in all Sunnyside commercial areas including 38th avenue, 44th avenue, Tejon st, as well as near Pecos street for a space that exceeds 3,400 square feet.
Since Sunnyside is primarily in a mixed-use neighborhood, we will need a space that has some off-street or dedicated parking available.
Let’s Get Started
One of the possible layouts for the space
We’re committed to opening Sunnyside Station. However, by showing support now we can approach banks with more than just our own investment capital. We believe wholeheartedly in our mission to create a space where people like you can gather to achieve success and will continue to push forward, but even the smallest donation will help open the doors sooner. Our biggest challenges are finding enough members, and creating a space that is functional while also being inviting and inspiring. By contributing a pledge today, you will help fulfill both of these needs.
What better way to open Sunnyside Station than to have it full with vibrant members from day one?
Phase 1

Show Your Support
We appreciate support no matter what form it takes. If you have furniture, appliances or equipment in good condition, please drop us a message. Or maybe it’s as simple as sharing this campaign on your social media networks and getting the word out to your friends.
Thank you for your support! Let’s bring the coworking movement to North Denver, together.
Risks
We’re working hard at finding a suitable space within the Sunnyside neighborhood but this leaves us at the whims of the competitive real estate market. If the only thing keeping us from opening is finding a space, we’ll broaden our search to the Berkeley and Chaffee Park neighborhoods.
